This is where I will keep you updated on all of my travels. As a nurse and lover of travel, I’ll take you along while I travel around the world! Hopefully you will find some helpful tips for your next trip!
I’ve worked as a registered nurse in seven US states; Iowa, Indiana, Hawaii, California, Florida, Illinois, and New York. I started travel nursing in January 2022 and I love the freedom it gives me to live in and explore new places, not only while I work, but in between contracts, too. It has also given me a lot of time to visit my family, who are all over the US. My next adventure is in London, England, where I will be living and working for the next 2 years!
I first decided to start The Traveling Sopha simply as a way to keep track of my travels. I don’t always have the best memory, and as I looked back on my journal entries and notes, I realized how much different cultures have impacted me and my beliefs, curiosity, and life in general.
